- Responsible for project design from concept to completion with minimal oversight from Senior Designer
- Ensures that internal deliverables and approvals are aligned with project schedule as set by Design Manager and Senior Designer
- Reviews all work of project team members (Designer II, Designer I, Design Assistant, and Intern)
- Under direction from Visionary and Senior Designer, ability to interpret designs and drive concepts towards tangible solutions
- Under direction from Senior Designer, creates space plans, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- High level of design completed utilizing Sketchup and Enscape
- Understanding of client program requirements and constraints with the ability to interpret into design solutions
- Understands client expectations and program in such a way that any conflicts within the design will be brought to the attention of the Senior Designer
- Coordinates and reviews with outside consultants in regards to renderings, modeling, and prototypes
- Able to present internally and to clients for discussion
- Leads internal project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction as needed during life of project period
- Bachelor and/or Master in Interior Design or Architecture
- 6+ years of professional experience in a design firm
- Must have worked on 3-5 restaurant projects at a minimum
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience within SD, DD
- Experience with FF&E selections
- Experience mentoring Junior Designers and Design Assistants

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
