- Design and plan interior spaces for multi-family residential projects using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for interior designs.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and project budgets.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized records of all design documentation and project files.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing multi-family residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design.
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with experience in multi-family projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces using Revit software, ensuring that all designs meet client expectations and project requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
