Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a degree in Interior Architecture and a strong background in project management, leading teams of 6 or more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience from project conception through the construction document phase, particularly in licensed and independent senior living apartments, assisted living, memory care, or nursing homes. Experience in multifamily projects with 300+ units is also highly valued. Our firm boasts a unique integrated system where architects and interior designers collaborate closely from conception to project completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, think three-dimensionally, and manage high-level project responsibilities including production and review of construction documentation in Revit, proposal writing, contract reviews, billing, and project tracking.
