- Lead interior design efforts on projects from programming through construction administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Mentor and support junior staff, especially on larger, complex projects.
- Contribute to the growth of the Richmond office’s portfolio and reputation in the healthcare and higher education markets.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- 5+ years of architectural experience, healthcare-specific experience is preferred.
- Ability to run projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Experience in construction administration, architectural design, healthcare design, and commercial design.
- Experience in interior architecture and space planning.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
