      Position Description: Interior Trim Specialist

      The Interior Trim Specialist plays a key role in delivering a quality home and customer service to homeowners. They will be responsible for finishing the interior of manufactured homes after installation and identifying any interior areas that need warranty work. They must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with the retailer and customer and answer any questions they may have.

      Specific Duties:

      • Plumbing experience preferred
      • Install and repair drywall
      • Sand and paint
      • Install casings, baseboards, and crown molding trim
      • Caulk trim
      • Repair and Finish textured ceilings
      • Install interior door jambs and doors
      • Adjust cabinets
      • Seam carpet
      • Install laminate flooring
      • Carry out end of shift/day clean up procedures, such as cleaning and servicing of workstations and equipment
      • Ability to perform tasks underneath and on top of the home
      • Ability to precisely cut and measure
      • Additional Specific duties as applicable

      Requirements:

      • Valid driver's license
      • Punctual and dependable
      • Carpentry skills
      • Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow)
      • Friendly, cooperative, and a team player
      • Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work
      • Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills
      • The endurance to perform strenuous tasks
      • The ability to safely climb ladders
      • Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment
      • Able to lift at least 40-50 lbs
      • Able to stand, stoop, push, pull, bend and climb for long periods of time
      • Other physical duties, as needed
