      Job Description

      Intermediate Business Analyst

      Information Technology

      Victoria

      You have overall responsibility for ensuring that a portfolio of applications within our sustainment team, continue to meet the ongoing needs of the business. This includes responsibility for requirements gathering, system design, continuous improvement, quality assurance and effective change management.

      You have a post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. You have a minimum of three years experience working in an IT business analysis role, or equivalent business experience. You have experience with requirements gathering, application testing and managing small to medium size applications. You are an effective communicator, with excellent problem solving skills. You are experienced in customer service, their requirements and consistently achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through assessing needs, establishing goals and resolving issues.
