      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop internal and BPO service level agreements and metrics
      - Analyze performance data and ensure adherence to quality and performance measures
      - Serve as the liaison between BPO and Operations teams
      - Enforce accurate and timely reporting by BPO
      - Support escalated customer and agent requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
      - Two years of operations experience in a senior/lead or liaison role
      - Knowledge of life and/or annuity investment products and regulatory requirements
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of BPO management concepts and performance monitoring
