What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex analysis and system configurations to support the Fee and Contracting Team
- Maintain and update pricing environments such as 3M, nThrive, NetworX, and Modeler
- Analyze and manage fee rates and reimbursement processes in CSC and QNXT
- Ensure all system updates are properly documented and comply with organizational policies
- Provide guidance and support to various teams, including claims and contracting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of operations and technical experience
- An Associate's degree is preferred
- Strong analytical skills for system configuration and analysis
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with claims processing and contracting systems
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
