      Position Overview:
      We are seeking an experienced Contractor with Indirect Procurement (preferred) or Project Management experience to join our team for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, with a proven track record of strong program management skills, deep contracts knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with executives.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Lead and manage indirect procurement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
      • Develop and implement procurement strategies for various categories, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Networking and Information Security, Facilities Management, and Software.
      • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
      • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide strategic guidance.
      • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements through effective procurement practices.
      • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best value for the organization.

      Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement.
      • Program management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
      • Knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
      • Preferred experience in the following areas:
      o Mergers and Acquisitions
      o Networking and Information Security
      o Facilities Management
      • Proven negotiation and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
