Act as a subject matter expert and influencer for Server, Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies.
Participate in project meetings, providing expertise on Windows and Storage infrastructure requirements and best practices.
Produce technical documentation and implement project requirements.
Support day-to-day operations with a focus on automation and monitoring.
Contribute to functional strategy and department vision.
Apply Infrastructure as Code practices and drive new models of automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in sprint planning and help resolve technical impediments.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Windows Server family
Strong knowledge of Storage and backup infrastructure (NetApp / PureStorage / Rubrik)
Proficiency with PowerShell, Git, GitOps, CI/CD, GitHub + Copilot
Experience writing automated deployment and configuration scripts using tools like Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, and Azure Cloud
Enterprise-level experience in hybrid environments (On-premises + Azure; Dell/Cisco/HPE hardware)
Experience with version control and bug tracking systems
Hands-on with Ansible/Python/Terraform/Powershell/Containers/Bash
Exposure to Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
Certifications (Azure, VMware, Nutanix, Windows OS, automation platforms, ITIL/DevOps/Scrum)
Security background and certifications
Understanding of enterprise/solution architecture
