      Job Overview:

      As a Hotel Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hotel operations and hospitality management. This internship offers an opportunity to work in different departments within the hotel, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Interns will work closely with department heads and team members to contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Front Desk:

        • Assist in check-in and check-out procedures.
        • Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
        • Learn and use the hotel's reservation system.
      2. Housekeeping:

        • Participate in daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
        • Assist in the coordination of housekeeping services.
        • Learn inventory management for cleaning supplies.
      3. Food and Beverage:

        • Support restaurant and/or banquet operations.
        • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.
        • Learn about menu offerings and take guest orders.
      4. Sales and Marketing:

        • Assist in creating promotional materials.
        • Participate in sales calls and meetings.
        • Learn about market trends and customer preferences.
      5. Event Planning:

        • Contribute to the planning and execution of events and conferences.
        • Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings and functions.
      6. General Administrative Tasks:

        • Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned.
        • Maintain organized records and files.
        • Assist in managing communication channels.
