  About Brookfield Properties Development: Our development group leads Brookfield’s land development, planned community, for-sale housing business, and commercial developments across North America. Acquisitions of commercial development organizations strengthened our in-house team of experts, broadened our development capabilities and contributed to our pipeline of skyline redefining mixed-use projects.

  Internship Overview: Brookfield Properties Development / Brookfield Residential’s summer internship program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate development.

  Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A keen interest in real estate and development.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
