      What it's about

      We are seeking a 6-month intern to join our growing Institutional Client Team (located in Zug, Switzerland) covering Germany and Austria, with an expected start date as soon as possible. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting client acquisition and maintenance efforts across the team and the firm.

      In your role, your primary tasks will include:

      • Supporting client relationship managers in preparing for client meetings and due diligence sessions, which includes compiling persuasive, bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders
      • Creating tailored, high-quality responses to client requests and performance updates
      • Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm to address client inquiries
      • Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity
      • Supporting processes related to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing well-justified inputs
      • Engaging in business development initiatives and conducting market research on various client target groups
      • Building professional and technical knowledge with the potential to develop into a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship

      What we expect

      The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the financial services industry, gained through internships within private markets, investment banking or consulting.

      Key attributes will include:

      • Undergraduate university degree with outstanding academic results
      • Native German speaker with excellent skills in both spoken and written English (hard requirement)
      • Required experience in private markets, consulting, M&A, or investment banking gained by previous internships
      • Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset and willingness to work towards tight deadlines in a challenging environment
      • Exceptional attention to detail
      • Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels
      • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility
      • Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
      • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as a strong desire to learn and succeed
      • Proactive hands-on approach
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
