  Job Location: Bannockburn, IL

  Key Job Activities:

  • Validating completeness of the form I9 and valid documents using the First Advantage-Form I9 system.
  • Utilizing a variety of HR technologies, Process employee related transactions in SuccessFactors like hires, leave of absence, terminations, manager changes, promotion, etc.
  • Comparing data entry in multiple systems such as SuccessFactors and ADP, to maintain compliance and data integrity. Including Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures for the HR Data Compliance Processes
  • Consolidate files from the electronic system and/or in office documents.

  Experience (North America):

  • Current undergraduate or graduate level student, or recent graduate
  • Motivated, energetic, ready to jump into new situations
  • Prefer students entering their junior or senior years and recent graduates
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbally
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be 18 years or older, with a HS diploma or equivalent
