Job Description
- Req#: 32476
- Validating completeness of the form I9 and valid documents using the First Advantage-Form I9 system.
- Utilizing a variety of HR technologies, Process employee related transactions in SuccessFactors like hires, leave of absence, terminations, manager changes, promotion, etc.
- Comparing data entry in multiple systems such as SuccessFactors and ADP, to maintain compliance and data integrity. Including Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures for the HR Data Compliance Processes
- Consolidate files from the electronic system and/or in office documents.
- Current undergraduate or graduate level student, or recent graduate
- Motivated, energetic, ready to jump into new situations
- Prefer students entering their junior or senior years and recent graduates
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbally
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be 18 years or older, with a HS diploma or equivalent
