THE OPPORTUNITY:
Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.
The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.

2025 PROGRAM DATES:
Your role at Sephora... As our Intern, Business Operations will be responsible for supporting key business partners from the Loss Prevention, Inventory Control and Retail Departments.
You can expect a hands-on experience that includes contributing to projects that will have a direct impact on business results, client and store experience. You will gain exposure to organizational initiatives, such as our retail profitability, operational improvements and optimization efforts. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will play an integral role supporting multiple programs and future strategy of store profit management.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
· Oversee the successful project planning, execution and launch of various projects from our Loss Prevention, Inventory Control and Retail Departments
· Develop recaps and lessons learned to support continuous improvement efforts with business partners.
· Work cross functionally to resolve issues at their root cause to improve store execution and prevent recurrence of the same issue.
· Support the Business Operations team in updating Policies & Procedures, store tools and assets as it pertains to current projects.
· Partner closely with the Store Communication team to ensure accurate communications are distributed to stores.
· Get exposure to cross-functional teams and complex projects. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Retail PMO, Communications and Merchandising.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
