- Conducts analysis as directed and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
- Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
- Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
- Education: Interns must have a High School diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship. Completed Course Work Hours: 60.0

Position Specific Info:
Type: This is a Temporary Summer Intern position for college students
Timeframe: Internship is designed to start May 19th and run through the summer
Location: Hybrid role working throughout Central Indiana WM Landfill and Office Locations
Based primarily out of Twin Bridges Landfill, 123 E Twin Bridges Rd, Danville, IN
Shift: Monday - Friday, Time TBD
This position will work out of the WM site locationQualified candidates must be CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS in college or university.
Completed 60.0 course hours by the start of the internship.Preferred Candidates:
