- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required
- Exposure to business intelligence tool such as Qlik Sense, Business objects, or Power BI Preferred
- Good hands-on experience with Linux operating system Preferred
- Good hands-on experience with windows server operating system Preferred
- Basic understanding of Distributed computing, Scalable architectures, and micro services architecture Preferred
- Exposure to coding with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, groovy etc Preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Required
- Able to work in an organized manner, work well with others, with attention to detail. Required
- Must have initiative and good problem-solving skills. Required

A Brief OverviewResponsible for providing maintenance and support of on premise and cloud data/analytics platforms and products on a temporary basis. Daily work would include performing system review, completing requests for services, performing routine maintenance, and performing capacity analysis. Additional scheduled work may include review and editing business process documentation, requesting modifications to configuration, alerting and monitoring support teams and communication on behalf of the team. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Opportunities to gain corporate experience by being involved in information technology projects, staff meetings, and corporate events.
Training on the appropriate tools, languages, and documentation required.
Exposure to a number of advanced technologies, such as ERP systems, Epic, Office 365, ServiceNow, Information Security and networking in a multi-platform environment.
The assignment is expected to last 24-weeks (depending on the student’s school schedule).
Works under direct supervision of the DnA Platform Engineering team in support of team initiatives.
The department works approximately 80% remotely, 20% on site in our Philadelphia offices on an as-needed basis.
