- Support the QESH team in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data (e.g. KPIs, audits, incidents, complaints).
- Evaluate current QESH reports for accuracy, usefulness, and efficiency.
- Create and/or optimize reporting templates (e.g. in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities to improve reporting and data communication.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g. Kaizen, Lean initiatives).
- Prepare presentations and summaries for QESH team meetings and management reviews.
- Support trend analysis and contribute to proposals for corrective and preventive actions.
- You are currently enrolled in an education, preferably on a bachelor/ master level. We are looking for an internship for a minimum of 3 months.
- You are comfortable to communicate in English.
- You are living close enough to our office to work on site in Tilburg on a daily basis. Working from home is not standard during your internship.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, functions, charts); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in quality, environment, and HSE topics.
- A fun, versatile, and vibrant work environment where you can challenge and develop yourself. Additionally, your internship compensation is €500 gross per month, based on a four-day workweek.

The role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support the QESH department in data evaluation, improving reporting systems, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes. The internship aims to enhance the effectiveness of operations related to quality, environment, health and safety.
