      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop content for internal and external audiences, including presentations and written materials
      - Identify, organize, and evaluate raw data for quantitative and qualitative analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Data Research, or a related field
      - Strong data visualization and verbal/written communication skills
      - Organizational strengths with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
      - Strong work ethic and robust interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A passion for learning about economics, real estate, and finance
      - Experience with data research or analytics in a related field
