Job Description
- Req#: R24-7630
- Collaborate with various teams within the Delivery Operations Group on daily activities and special projects.
- Support small projects by performing less complex activities in collaboration with Global Engineering and Business Services (GEBS).
- Prepare the area and equipment for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and provide support during these tests.
- Control, prepare, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment commonly used by Field Service Engineers (FSE).
- Assist project managers by updating project documents such as timesheets and others.
- Handle back-office activities, including:
- Create shopping carts.
- Follow up on customer surveys.
- Create dashboards and update KPIs.
- Support the training team with logistics, including room arrangements, scheduling, managing coffee breaks, leasing computers, and other related activities.
- Develop a talent pipeline for the field services organization.
- Gain educational opportunities and insights into Rockwell Automation and the Lifecycle Services business unit.
- Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Administration or Electrical Engineering), with graduation expected in at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
- Professional drive, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to approach challenges using innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of Power BI and the Office 365 suite.

Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide a unique opportunity to develop engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills while gaining hands-on experience. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration across various teams and exposure to the Lifecycle Services business unit at Rockwell Automation.
