- Enhance operational efficiency by eliminating non-value-added activities and improving the agility of Head/Media qualification processes through digital transformation project (QiS).
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and requirements. Review and document existing Head/Media qualification workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, findings, and progress. Contribute to the creation of user manuals or training materials if needed.
- Attend regular project meetings and contribute to team discussions. Present findings and recommendations to mentors and stakeholders.
- Assist in designing digital solutions to streamline qualification processes.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to prototype and test digital tools.
- Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant education background
- Software Design Pattern, Design Database Concept
- Computer Language: Pythons, SQL, JS
- Design of Thinking, Project Management, Presentation and Teamwork skills
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project) is a plus
- Computer programming
- Database design
- Front-end and Back-end structure
- Network system
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with process mapping and digital tools is a plus
