A Day in the Life
As an intern, you will support governance and engagement initiatives that enhance how we deliver services to patients, while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and digital transformation.Internship details
• Start date: July/August
• Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
• Working time: 30 - 40 h/week with flexibility
• Work model: hybrid
• Location: WarsawResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Assist in the development and implementation of governance activities such as coordination of meetings, deck collection, access management, and document management
• Facilitate internal communication through newsletters, updates, and posts across the Remote Sales and Digitalization teams
• Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment
• Support the team in preparing materials and tracking progress across initiatives
• Help maintain structured documentation and knowledge-sharing practicesRequired knowledge:
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, Digital Transformation or a similar field (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
• An excellent command of Polish language, both spoken and written
• Fluent English
• Proactive and ready to learn quickly
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good presentation and communication abilities
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 tools
Would be a plus:
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a corporate or digital environment
• Interest in digitalization and virtual engagement
