      We are seeking for highly motivated interns to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and development. This early talent career program will help you learn about our business operations and will give you the chance to actively work on projects and tasks.

      Responsibilities

      Could include the following:

      • Viega Engineer support:
        • Design Work
        • Data Acquisition
        • Writing specification for new equipment
        • Sample collection
        • Hands on work
      • Viega Leadership support:
        • Updating productivity lists
        • Research and identify bottlenecks in systems
        • Learn to work safely in a professional team environment
      • Attend Meetings as required or assigned.

      Perform additional duties as needed.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Solid works, Catia.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
      • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
      • Availability to work a 40-hour week (within 1st/2nd shift business hours) throughout the summer.
      • Strong analytical skills

      Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

      • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field at an accredited university
      • Graduate students, or undergraduate students who have completed at least 3 full years of undergraduate course work preferred.

      Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
