- Assists project team members with various support tasks.
- Conducts basic research and data collection.
- Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
- Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
- Performs other duties assigned.
- Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented
- Knowledge of NEPA and SEPA
- Currently enrolled in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Geography, Planning or related majors

Our Bellevue Office is seeking Environmental Planning interns for Summer 2025.
Interns in this position will gain experience in the following areas:
- Research and write certain sections of environmental documents, including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements.
- Research and write certain sections of permit applications, such as Section 404/401.
- Assist Environmental Planning staff in the field by conducting waters investigations, including wetland delineations, and preparing Waters of the U.S./State Reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $23.06 - $34.59. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state..
