  You maintain a positive attitude and can work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and

  detail and accuracy and can manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  You will apprentice under current falconers to gain as much falconry knowledge as possible.

  You will assist Falconer with activities and events to provide an incomparable experience. You will provide information and assistance guests, members, and
  visitors to the Falconry Center. You will assist Falconer in daily duties such as feeding raptors, cleaning mews, and maintaining
  cleanliness around the Rainbow Island area. You will assist with coordinating resources to fulfill guest requests along with
  anticipating and/or identifying needs to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. You will open and close facility as needed and and
  assist with daily close-out procedures and delivery of reports and cash to revenue control.

  You will learn how to consistently uphold and ensure compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality,
  timing, attendance, appearance. You follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met. You maintain
  situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring
  that all are corrected or reported immediately. You are generous with your support and help resolve any service issues that arise
  in a timely and positive way, following up as needed. You are proactive in aiding when needed and are willing to help with other
  areas or duties as requested. You are willing and can timely execute other duties as delegated by leadership.

  Job Requirements -

  • Basic shooting knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in English communicating and writing
  • Must have the ability to work for extended time periods in an outdoor environment, including sun,
    heat, cold, wind, rain, and higher than normal noise levels
  • Ability to lift, carry, pull and push up to 50 lbs intermittently throughout a shift
  • May be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and fume hazards
  • Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
