Brief Description:

The FMS/OM team is responsible for department (regional) finance consisting of cost center planning, budget checks and IT Service Agreement life cycle on project milestone billing topics. As an intern under the FMS/OM team, you will gain valuable exposure in IT financial projects and experience working in a dynamic IT environment touching on financial data topics.

Job Description:

● Conduct sanity checks on IT Service Agreements

● Follow-up on IT Service Agreements with service providers and prepare weekly reports on outstanding IT Service Agreements

● Assist in daily recording and tracking of IT Service Agreements and billing

● Support monthly billing cycle and and conduct posting check in SAP

● Manage daily actuals financial data from SAP to Self-Service tool using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

● Work on monthly management report data and sanitary checks on monthly costs centers reports supplement by Shared Services Center

● Perform calculation on allocated costs during planning cycles

● Perform testing on Financial Automate IT systems

Internship Learning Outcomes:

● Work on Financial Automate IT systems and conduct sanitary checks

● Gain exposure using RPA for automation of financial data

● Experience working in a dynamic multi-national company with diverse personalities

You are ideal for the role if you are:

● Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor’s in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP-FICO and Excel-based data warehouse highly preferred

● Highly-motivated, independent worker with a positive working and learning attitude

● Work well in international and intercultural environment

● Excellent command of written and spoken English
