Job Description
- Req#: 14324
- Assist with completing daily CTR alerts and special projects with the Currency Transaction Reporting department
- Performs account/customer inquiries in DNA and FCRM
- Responsible for working CTR alerts, processing, editing and preparing CTRs forms for customers exceeding cash transactions greater than $10,000.00 for filing with FinCEN
- Save Nautilus reports to the CTR share drive.
- Assists with Group Entity Review and Monetary Instrument monthly review.
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent Required
- Current student or recent graduate pursing a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, IT, or related area of study required
- Motivated to learn and improve operational processes
- Able to demonstrate solid writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Adjusts positively to quickly-changing priorities and shifting goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numeric and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage projects in an effective and productive manner
