Job Description

- Working toward a graduate degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Course work in Computer Architecture
- A clear understanding of the tradeoffs involved between GPU and CPU architectures
- Proficiency in assembly language (for any architecture)
- A history of thinking creatively and communicating effectively, with a practical, organized and analytical approach to work
- A strong programming ability, with skills in C, C++, with the desire to learn to new programming flows
- An ability to efficiently work and debug large codebases
- Excellent team working skills, self-motivated and results focused
- Knowledge of GPU architectures, including the fixed function units for graphics processing
- Graphics knowledge including (but not limited to) the graphics pipeline
- Knowledge of LLVM compiler optimizations
- Knowledge of graphics and compute APIs for GPUs (OpenGL, Vulkan, DX, OpenCL, CUDA, etc)

You will join a multinational, multifaceted, collaborative and highly motivated Graphics Hardware Architecture team in Central Technology to help craft the direction of our world leading Mali™ Graphics products. The Mali™ Graphics Processor is the #1 shipping GPU.

You will need to have architecture and hardware/software development skills, in addition to being able to think creatively. In this role you can expect to work with leading GPU Architects to prototype architectural improvements, and validate and propose innovative architecture ideas. Your work will make a difference and enable Arm to deliver industry leading GPU IP.Responsibilities:
Your job responsibilities will be diverse including architecture, technology research, hands-on prototyping, experimental investigations, and performance analysis of various gaming and GPGPU workloads.Required Skills and Experience:
