  Havas Street is the brand activation division of Havas Formula (a subsidiary of Havas) that is headquartered in Los Angeles. It takes bravery to push through the cluttered crowd to emotionally connect with consumers, who want to understand the story behind your brand and where they fit in.
  
  We are currently seeking candidates to join our Havas Street team for a paid four month internship. Our internships come with the opportunity for advancement to a full-time Program Coordinator role.

  Job Description :

  Our Interns assist the team with research, reporting, and some administrative tasks for various exciting clients.

  You will Learn and be Trained on How To:

  • Support the logistics and coordination of national in-store demononstration programs
  • Research events and what is trending in our client's industry
  • Help develop and manage event schedules
  • Analyze data and complete weekly recaps for the team
  • Other responsibilities as needed

  Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Previous work experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and research skills
  • Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently

  We expect to pay $15.00 per hour for this opportunity. Additional base pay will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
