      Preferred School/Course of Intern: Open to all disciplines.

      The External Expert Engagement (EEE) Organisation is GSK’s central strategic capability to drive smooth, seamless and compliant engagement of external experts (i.e. HCP/O etc.) across the globe. We are an integral part of Commercial Practices function with the objective to lead and provide HCP/O and External Expert Engagement subject matter expertise, supporting the delivery of Promotional and Non-Promotional external engagement programmes.

      As an Intern for EEE Organisation, you will be responsible to support the manager and the engagement specialists in the daily operations of the organisation. This role includes execution and delivery of internal communications, engagement activities and administrative operations related to the organisation during your period of internship.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      You will be required to:

      • Support the manager in the management of projects/activities which includes (but not limited to) extraction and consolidation of organisation metrics for management review, minutes taking during meetings, tracking and updating of actions log
      • Support in the management and updating of EEE team site
      • Support in the engagement activities which includes (but not limited to) data entry into our system, completing the quick parts to Knowledge centre and contract drafting
      • Communication with relevant stakeholders in delivering the above responsibilities
      • Other hub related administrative support

      LEARNING OUTCOMES:

      You will be able to:

      • Obtain high level overview of HCP/O and External Expert engagement processes, activity, compliance requirement, and its position in the Regional Hub’s life cycle
      • Support end to end project management life cycle: execution, evaluation, and archiving; which cover multidisciplinary skills: time management, communications, compliance, team spirit and quality

      Business Skills and Competencies

      • Pursuing degree in Science (Preferably Life Sciences/Pharmacy Degrees)/Business Administration/Communications

      Behavioural Skills and Competencies

      • Good communication skills in English. Korean/Mandarin will be added advantage (both oral and written)
      • Attention to detail and self-motivated
      • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
      • Good learning agility
