Welcoming our visitors;
Handling and sorting correspondence;
Be involved in assisting in facility matters of our employees;
Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment supplies and other daily tasks related to office management.
An undergraduate, or final year of study;
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things;
Fluency in English and Latvian, to communicate with colleagues;
Excellent communication skills;
Possibility to attend during regular working hours;
Very good computer skills (MS Office).
Monthly salary: 750 Eur gross;
