      Your role:

      We offer you the opportunity to gain insight into the work of a leading internal consultancy. You will support the Inhouse Consulting Team in challenging projects across all businesses and functions within the company and be involved in projects to live up to our purpose of talent development and business consulting. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse, young, and innovative environment, contribute your own ideas and get to know the daily life at Inhouse Consulting. We trust you with responsibility early on and support you to draw your own career map that is responsive to your aspirations and priorities in life.


      Who you are:
      • Advanced student (Master or Ph.D.) in natural science, engineering, or business with outstanding record of academic achievements

      • First professional experience or secondary qualification in business or natural science, complementing the above degree
      • Quick apprehension, self-initiative and reliable working attitude paired with strong analytical and communication skills
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

      • Excellent written and oral communication in English

      Duration: 3 months, starting September 2025; A valid work permit is required for the internship
      Location: Darmstadt, Germany
