      The LMI-CLS team consults with business partners to provide effective learning solutions for our global sales and marketing partners. As an Instructional Designer Intern, you’ll be responsible to apply contemporary adult learning principles in the design, creation, coordination, and implementation of learning content. Throughout your internship, you’ll assist your team and the business by creating effective, high quality eLearning solutions from start to finish.

      This role involves:

      • Understanding Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles, and practices
      • Comprehending project/content and working as per team’s best practices
      • Assisting the senior developers/ mentors by ensuring designing, developing, and delivering high quality learning solutions

      Functional Requirements

      • Ability to quickly form partnerships and work effectively with others; learn, and apply processes and technical knowledge and skills
      • Effective project management skills
      • Design/ Create engaging content as per industry standards using appropriate learning methodologies
      • Apply creativity to bring digital learning content to life in a way that keeps learners engaged
      • Design and develop different learning deliverables including eLearning modules, Job-aids, infographics, media scripts, videos and workshops as guided by the senior developer/ mentor
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Be thorough and have attention to detail
      • Strong learning agility
      • Ability to learn authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Vyond
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
