What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support for computing resources, including desktop, network, VPN, telecom, mobile, and video conferencing services
- Administer and support a primarily Mac-based desktop environment, including Active Directory/Office 365 and third-party cloud applications
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners for software and hardware procurement
- Monitor and report on the performance metrics and health of corporate IT services
- Establish and publish hardware and software standards for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree-granting program
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer program
- Must undergo a pre-employment background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with virtualized server environments
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel)
- High energy and self-motivation
