      Responsibilities:

      Support material and production planning activities.

      Key data processing and report generation.

      Make/balance capacity plan for Rails products family from short term horizon to long term horizon

      Make detail production scheduling at least 1month horizon, follow-up daily output, work on the discrepancy analysis and take needed actions with purchasing, production, warehouse and etc

      Track and execute regular POs cancellation and rescheduling information

      ECN evaluation to production and material impact

      Requirements:

      College degree or above, major in engineering, trading, supply chain preferred;

      Good communication skills, team player, smart and efficient;

      Problem-solving ability, team player and self-motivated. § Data and result driven mindset; process oriented. § English reading, writing needed and skillful in MS Office; § Experience in ERP system is preferred.
