What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with attorney and paralegal team to support company initiatives
- Assist with drafting brand agreements, leases, and amendments
- Research and summarize recent updates in key areas of law
- Update and organize legal templates and Real Estate Clausebook
- Work on special projects as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 full year of law school experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, negotiating, drafting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance legal risk and business impact in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a small, tightly-knit team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail and consumer products experience
- Beauty industry experience
