Brief Description:

The FMS/O-SEA team is responsible for financial operational tasks in areas of vehicle option pricing and financial forecasting. As an intern under the FMS/O-SA team, you will gain valuable exposure working in key operational processes concerning financial operational topics.

Job Description:

● Support vehicle options pricing, dealer invoices and credit notes audit

● Work on internal controls of key operational processes

○ Verification of vehicle sales orders based on approved prices

○ Verification of supporting documents before invoice and credit notes approvals

● Ensure timely and accurate upkeep of management reports

● Involve in financial forecast

○ Prepare and input of financial plans

○ Deviate analysis to previous financial plans and actual results

● Other ad-hoc financial operational tasks, if any

Internship Learning Outcomes:

● Work on key operational processes concerning invoice and credit notes

● Gain exposure in financial planning and forecasting

● Experience working in a dynamic multi-national company with diverse personalities

You are ideal for the role if you are:

● Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or any related course of study

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance) is a must

● Good financial and analysis skills with sound accounting knowledge at a tertiary level

● High degree of attention to details with excellent numerical attentiveness

● Task-oriented and self-discipline in meeting deadlines

● Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Fast learner striving for continuous improvement and perform under time pressure

● Preferred internship period: Jan to June 2024
