Participate in strategic discussions for key initiatives to understand interdependencies and execute on next steps
Create and monitor project plans and timelines
Tracking of key milestones & identification and mitigation of risks
Support business practices and the successful execution of the newly integrated organization
Strong analytical ability to evaluate, describe current processes, identify synergies and differences, and document recommendations
Submit and propose a plan for making recommendation on areas of opportunity for the teams
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or PharmD with a minimum GPA of 3.0 at an accredited university
Interest in science, pharmaceuticals, training, writing, technology and/or business
Candidates must be a US citizen, have a lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to think analytically and strategically in a collaborative, collegial environment
Be detail-oriented and results focused in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with matrix teams or in a matrix environment is desirable
Proficiency in analytics and ability to communicate data effectively
Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to be innovative and articulate ideas
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Position Summary
Worldwide Medical Communications' mission is to support the development of high-quality scientific publications & content to ensure clear, scientific communication of BMS data. This enables the safe and appropriate use of and access to BMS medicines. In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their needs. The opportunity includes gathering of data (documents, processes, etc.), conducting analysis, and providing feedback on business requirements.
