Job Description

- Provide support for the Sponsor Finance Lending Team as they pursue new lending opportunities
- Assist with ongoing portfolio management processes and procedures
- Support the Sponsor Finance team in preparation for internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Work with the lending and analyst teams to prepare credit memos, financial models, and presentations
- Organize and interpret documentation provided by clients
- Prepare analysis of financial statements, working to identify key changes and potential credit risk
- Assist the portfolio management team with operational questions and requests
- Become familiar with Live Oak lending standards and procedures, and assist the Sponsor Finance team in implementing these standards into lending practices
- Maintain electronic files for customer accounts to ensure the Bank is following best practices for compliance
- Work with the Sponsor Finance team to work on special projects as assigned
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Above-average PC skills including MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software / systems.
- Collaborative and highly coachable
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
- Ability to work full-time during the summer of 2024
