- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating employee focus groups
- Help develop discussion guides and feedback surveys
- Take notes and summarize key themes and insights from sessions
- Support data analysis and reporting on findings
- Collaborate with P+C, well-being, and communications teams to share insights
- Conduct light research on employee well-being trends and best practices
- Assist in development of benefit/well-being related communication and education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and take accurate notes during discussions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive employee information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- Interest in employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture
- Previous experience with research, surveys, or focus groups (a plus, but not required)
Overview
Cone Health People & Culture is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic intern to support our employee benefits and well-being initiatives. This role will assist with organizing and conducting focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, helping us improve and evolve our benefits offerings.
This internship position is a time-limited, temporary position with a start date and orientation on 9/15/25. The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Public Health, or a related field
