Job Description
- Req#: R010269
- Assisting in R&D studies related to blood component storage
- Development of new testing/assay methodologies
- Conducting routine testing/analysis
- Authoring/updating laboratory standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college, university in biological science or biomedical engineering degree program
- Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore
- Must be planning to return to school at the end of their break
- Chemistry and/or biology laboratory experience
- Knowledge of blood components, microscopy, flow cytometer, ELISA/EIA methodology
Intern candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2024 Intern in the Medical Device Division to join the Physiology team at our Lake Zurich, IL facility.Responsibilities
This role is focused on support of current research/development on blood components as related to Fresenius Kabi medical devices.
