Team Development & Communication support - Central Process Engineering intern (5-6 months) The Central Process Engineering team drives business growth through process design and implementation in support of FedEx’s corporate strategies. You will be working in a diverse team of experts who are strategically positioned across Europe. Even though the team has a European focus, there are various projects with a global or multi-regional scope. Preferably we are looking for work-along interns who want to build on their experience and develop their competencies. However, we are also open to interns with research assignments that fit the Central P&E department. Team Development & Communication support description As a Team Development & Communication support intern, you will help to promote learning, develop team culture and communication and improve cross-team collaboration. As such we are looking for one dedicated and capable candidate who can proactively support in the following areas: - Drive team member engagement by organising and supporting team meetings - Design, promote and analyse employee satisfaction surveys - Support continuous improvement of the communications to various audiences across Europe - Advise on ways to improve team collaboration and develop team culture - Help to increase knowledge sharing across the FedEx Central Process Engineering team - Help to improve the communication structures with cross-functional stakeholders - Project management: Tracking monthly progress and risks. - Provide any other ideas you have to help FedEx remain one of the best places to work. Qualifications: - Be enrolled in a business/logistics related study at a university of applied sciences (HBO) or a research university (WO) for the entire duration of the internship. Preferably this would be an Msc. programme but undergraduate students will also be considered if they meet the profile - Be legally permitted to work in the Netherlands (work permit required). The internship location will be in the Netherlands, with a hybrid working policy which enables the candidate to work in-office (FedEx office in Hoofddorp) and remotely.
