What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shadow the Design, Product, and Engineering team through the product design and development process
- Develop key flows, sketches, and wireframes in Figma
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Assess user testing findings and contribute to building prototypes and research assets
- Contribute to the design system by documenting and developing new UI patterns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Values and fosters curiosity and growth in themselves and others
- Strong desire to pitch in where needed and embody a true team spirit
- Ability to solve problems and be detail-oriented
- Deep understanding of and empathy for user needs, desires, and behaviors
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in website and app design & development
- Interest in design systems and enterprise UX
- Interest and willingness to learn about the Mortgage, Real Estate, Financial, Title Insurance, or related industries
- Working knowledge of Figma (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
