Job Description
- Req#: INTER004470
- Coordinating estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions and prices for various customer requests for proposals
- Coordinating and administering account after award of contract to ensure budgets are met, payments are received, and contracts are closed
- Coordinating communications with customers and other parties in a timely manner to ensure all contractual, customer and company needs are met
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum of 60 credit hours (must be a junior or senior standing or in a Master’s Program)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent writing, presentation and speaking communication techniques are necessary
- Program, project or US Government contract management experience is beneficial
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- U. S. citizenship is required
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S. The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Intern to join our team for the summer of 2024. The Program Management Intern works as part of a Program Management team, under the direction and guidance of a Senior Program Administrator or Program Manager.
