      Job Details:

      Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Assist the project leadership team with technical issues.
      • Support the project team in troubleshooting and documenting complex systems issues and ensure appropriate correction is defined.
      • Interface with customers on engineering requirements, issues, planning, and status updates.
      • Utilize system documentation such as design documents and API specification to integrate new system features.
      • Participate in cross-team collaboration using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Slack.
      • Monitor software development activities and status using Jira.
      • Support defect identification and resolution and monitor test status using tools such as TestRail.
      • Support collaborations with internal departments, customer representatives, third-party suppliers, and other stakeholders in support of issue resolution.
      • Support requests and customer expectations throughout the D&B and deployment support process to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
      • Document all relevant details from the initial report of an issue, through troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.

      Minimum Job Requirements:

      • Enrollment in a four-year college degree in computer/software engineering or related discipline.
      • Ability to effectively interface with employees, management and customers.
      • Experience in creating, analyzing, documenting, and testing system and subsystem designs.
      • Experience working under project deadlines with minimal supervision
      • Preferred: Hands-on experience with the following domains:
        • Dev/Scripting: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++ or Java
        • Relational Databases: Oracle, MySQL or comparable
        • API: Postman, SOAPUI, or similar
        • Operating Systems: Linux and Windows

      Cubic Pay Range:

      $25 $30/hr. + benefits.

      The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
