Underwriting equity and debt investment opportunities across asset classes and capital structures
Preparing various financial analyses, including cash flow projections, valuation and development models, sensitivity analyses, lease calculations, and budget analyses
Conducting market and property-level due diligence including the review of property level financials, rent rolls, third-party reports, and preparation of sales/leasing comps
Participating in the valuation of Oxford’s existing equity / debt investments and other ad-hoc asset managemen t projects such as analyzing new lease proposals, monitoring asset performance / loan activities and assisting potential disposition decision making
Preparing presentations for Oxford’s investment committee and investment partners for the review/approval o f n ew transaction opportunities and strategic initiatives
Assisting in strategic planning processes, including research into new asset class / market expansions
Summer Analyst Project – Summer Analysts will choose a topic and/or investment opportunity to research , analyze , and present to the Investment s Team for their final project
A rising senior enrolled in an undergraduate degree program during the Summer of 202 5 , preferably majoring in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
E xperience d in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
E xperience d in commercial real estate considered favorable
Highly detail oriented with s trong analytical skills
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills , and a focus on writing / presentation skills
Can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
W illing to be a team player and embrace a collaborative work environment

Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Summer Analyst to join its Investments T eam in the New York office for the summer of 202 5 (targeting June - August 202 5 ). The Summer Analyst will assist senior team members in underwriting and closing new equity / debt transactions, as well as participate in real estate private equity transactions such as platform / portfolio acquisitions. The Summer Analyst will receive broad exposure across asset classes in major U.S. markets, and work closely with internal teams including leasing, development, construction, and asset management.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for :

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set.
Primary location: New York Primary Location Base Pay Range: $56,550.00 - $83,850.00You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
