      Support Center - Irving

      Our 10-week paid Internship program is designed to attract and develop future leaders. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and assignments. The summer intern will be exposed to all aspects of real estate lease administration by working on special research projects and assisting Lease Analysts with daily tasks.

      Major Activities

      • Assist in the review of lease documents against data abstracted in the lease administration database.
      • Support the accuracy of payments by reviewing charges billed by landlords against legal documents.
      • Assist with review of CoTenancy requirements in lease documents against actual tenancy of the shopping centers.
      • Support the Lease Coordinator by scanning mail to appropriate parties.

      Other duties as assigned

      Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

      Minimum Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in (Real Estate; Finance)

      Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent Google Suite applications

      Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires

      • GPA of 3.0 or above
      • College Juniors and above
      • One year of experience working in a retail or real estate environment is preferred. Retail operations experience in the specific functional area is a plus.
