- Assist the IESE/ESADE/EI team in the organization and logistics of international recruitment campaigns
- Prepare and participate in interview days, marketing, and recruiting events for IESE/ESADE/EI, and other MBA students (interviews on campus, cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, etc.) with the respective Campus(es) Lead(s)
- Utilize BCG platforms to create and manage events
- Answering and managing general questions in the group mailbox
- Help in supporting BCG Consultants currently studying at IESE/ESADE/EI other MBAs: provide logistical help, answer general questions
- Prepare and attend the international interview days on campuses and provide onsite help
- Track alumni and perform general / ad hoc analyses on recruiting activities and the pool
- Consolidate and update information and documents for IESE/ESADE/EI topics
- Ensure correct user access level
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Rigor and strong attention to details
- Demonstrate high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Display service-oriented behaviour and high degree of professionalism
- Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics and good analytical skills
- Capacity to work in a demanding and multicultural environment
- Currently pursuing a Master or Bachelor degree (mandatory for curricular internships)
- Previous experience in an international environment
- Previous experience in recruiting and event management is a plus
- Fluent English required, fluent Spanish is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PPT)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Intern - Recruiting Assistant's (International Campus Team) main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the regional recruiting knowledge management platform (EGNYTE/SharePoint)
The role may require ability to travel occasionally to support the various recruiting activities.

Please note that you must be eligible to sign a “convenio” with BCG, either actively enrolled in university in Spain or having graduated from an academic program in Spain in the last 3 years. The contract will be for a duration of 6 months.
