Job Description

- Support the Robot Brand teams by assisting in deskside research, notetaking, presentation development, and other ad hoc areas related to each department
- Conduct brand-related research and audits surrounding prospective partners and their competitive sets
- Leverage research-backed insights and data to inform ongoing business decision-making
- Summarize and communicate research findings and other cultural insights--or larger capstone assignments--into cohesive presentations to team leads
- Shadow brand leads to gain insight and knowledge surrounding the specifics of the department
- Work on ad hoc special projects to support overall business needs, including partnering with team leads on any high-priority projects
- Add to the overall feel of cultural connectivity across the team via connection to sports
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, “doer” mentality
- Superior written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Interest in sports and the culture of sports
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and juggle projects
- Has passions outside of work
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Enthusiastic, willing to roll up your sleeves, and able to troubleshoot to get the job done
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, records, and reports
- Proficient in G-Suite, specifically Docs, Sheets, Slides
- An insatiable appetite to learn what you don’t know

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The SpringHill Company is seeking a Brand Intern for 10 weeks who is hungry, self-driven, and eager to learn the world of sports marketing; someone who understands sport as it naturally integrates into their lifestyle. This person constantly surrounds themselves at the pulse of culture (music, fashion, lifestyle, and sports) as well as emerging social and digital trends. Not just because they are curious, but because it’s a way of life. The perfect candidate is someone who prides themselves in being proactive and can aid in supporting and generating 'never been done before’ ideas in a collaborative work environment.
