      PROJECT DESCRIPTION

      Responsible for the development and execution customer relationship management tool enhancements (Salesforce). Individual will research market sources to identify opportunities for user experience improvements, specifically related to account structure and license information, and implement changes for customer facing sales tools. Resource will conduct analysis, be responsible for system changes and lead business communication all for which metrics will be monitored and reported. Key responsibilities include:

      • Completes industry source research of market intelligence to identify opportunities for updates

      • Connect and collaborate with sales team members

      • Facilitate updates within Salesforce platform

      • Generate ad-hoc analytics reports from "raw" data

      • Analyze process effectiveness within operations team

      • Provide recommendations on project-focused areas

      • Coordinates and manages other planning related projects, as directed

      PROJECT DELIVERABLES

      • Update Salesforce database with updated data

      • Reflect accurate hospital to health system structural alignment

      • Complete market analysis for Patient Blood Management franchises
